Whether you’re competing or training, we have the gear you need.
Are your products suitable for both competition and everyday riding?
Absolutely! We offer products designed for high-performance competition as well as durable, comfortable gear for everyday training and riding. Our competition line includes specialized jackets, shirts, and accessories, while our exercise and brushing boots and base layers are perfect for daily stable use.
Do you offer products for children?
Yes, we have a dedicated Childrens section with appropriately sized equipment and apparel for young riders.

Ordering & Account Questions

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your selected items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While creating an account allows you to track orders and save preferences, you can check out as a guest if you prefer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.

Shipping & Delivery Questions

Where do you ship?
We are proud to offer global delivery to equestrian enthusiasts everywhere! However, due to current logistical constraints, we are unable to ship to Asia and a select number of remote regions. We apologize for any inconvenience and are continually working to expand our reach.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Standard Shipping (EMS): FREE on all orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note that all delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch. Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and pack your order. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method: 10-15 business days for Standard Shipping or 15-25 business days for Free Shipping.

Returns & Exchanges Questions

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
