Our Policy

You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging with tags attached within 15 days of the delivery date. For your safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Body Protection & Body Protectors: Due to the personalized nature and safety-critical role of this equipment.
  • Bridle Accessories & Bits: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that come into direct contact with the horse.
  • Base Layer Tops & Competition Shirts: These intimate apparel items are non-returnable for hygiene purposes once the packaging is opened.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your package. Returns shipped without an authorized RAN cannot be processed.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging, include the original invoice or packing slip, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Please Note: Sale items and products from final clearance can only be returned for store credit or an exchange.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account after processing.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
