Shipping Information
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping (EMS):
- Available on all orders over $50.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to customs delays. We currently ship globally, with the exception of parts of Asia and a few remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit for you and your horse is paramount. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our hassle-free returns policy is here to help.
Our Policy
You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging with tags attached within 15 days of the delivery date.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and hygiene of all our customers and their equine partners, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Body Protection & Body Protectors: Due to their personalized nature and safety-critical role.
- Bridle Accessories & Bits: For hygiene reasons, as they come into direct contact with the horse.
- Base Layer Tops & Competition Shirts: These intimate apparel items are non-returnable for hygiene purposes once the packaging is opened.
Sale items and final clearance products can only be returned for store credit or an exchange.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond with a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your package. Returns shipped without an authorized RAN cannot be processed.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account after processing.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
