Processing Time

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship globally, with the exception of parts of Asia and a few remote regions. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from our website are delivered to you by a third-party carrier. The risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging with tags attached within 15 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Body Protection & Body Protectors (due to personalized nature and safety-critical role)
• Bridle Accessories & Bits (hygiene reasons as they contact the horse directly)
• Base Layer Tops & Competition Shirts (hygiene reasons once packaging is opened)

Sale items and final clearance products can only be returned for store credit or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for authorization and a Returns Authorization Number (RAN)
3. Ship the unused item(s) in original packaging with the original invoice and RAN clearly marked

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
